I like your clarity of speech and your fluency. You are able to express and stress on the key points of your whole speech. I think perhaps you could add a twist to your speech or you can have an interaction with the audience through the use of rhetorical questions.You like to cross your hands, twist your shirt and make "violent" hand gestures. But overall, they are great!
